This is a great way to learn more about performing Race Committee duties. This 1-day course will be taught by Jerry Thompson, a US Sailing Certified National Judge and Certified Regional Race Officer from 8:30am-5pm. 

US Sailing’s Basic Race Management Seminar offers Club Race Officer Certification for those that want to take the class, complete the list of requirements, and sit for the exam. For those not desiring Club Level status, it’s not mandatory that you complete all 3 steps. Simply attend the class and take in all of the great information that will be offered.
