3rd Course Choices: Steak Tenderloin Oscar, Whipped Potatoes, Roasted Root Vegetables, and Bearnaise or Pan Seared Scallops, Parsnip Puree, Bok Choy and Shaved Brussel Sprouts, and Chardonnay Pan Sauce
4th Course: Blueberry Cobbler with a Cornmeal Sugar Cookie Crust
